Thanyapura’s booty boot camp workout is a workout designed by women for women. We all have challenging areas we want to work on the most and this is designed specifically for that. Challenge the abdominal and glutes in this high intensity class.
Booty Boot Camp Methodology
The butt and thigh exercises will tone the lower body. You will notice less body fat while boosting cardiovascular health. Gain lean muscle, functional stretch, and be more flexible. The workout changes your fitness level while reshaping your body. Get fast results through dynamic moves to engage all core muscles. The classes combine strength training and HIIT workouts to work the abs, obliques, and lower back. The workouts build extra muscle to create defined legs. Exercises are designed to thin the legs, hips, and glutes. Burn over 300 calories in a 30-minute workout.
