Computrainer Indoor Bike Session

The coach takes triathletes and cyclists through a series of intervals designed to improve VO2 Max and anaerobic threshold. This class is for serious athletes who want serious results. The evidence-based training enlists our sports science team who work with athletes to take their training and racing to the next level. #functionalthresholdpower

  • This class is not for beginners but a private one on one session can be organised to learn the art of training with power.
  • Classes, coaches and venues are subject to change due to availability.
  • Reservations must be made with Club Services and acceptance into the class will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please be ready 10 mins before classes start to ensure they run on time.
