HIIT Burst

HIIT Burst is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle while taking your heart rate to new heights. This workout uses weight plate and body weight exercises to take all major muscle groups to failure while our inspirational coaches are down on the floor with you, motivating you to complete one more repetition.

  • This class is not for the faint-hearted and therefore if you are just beginning your fitness journey, have an injury you are rehabilitating or have a medical issue, please avoid this class until you have a medical clearance to do so.
  • Classes, coaches and venues are subject to change due to availability.
  • Reservations must be made with Club Services and acceptance into the class will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please be ready 10 mins before classes start to ensure they run on time.
