Step Training

Step training infuses dance choreography and exciting music for a low-impact workout on a 4-6 inch platform.  Guests step up and down on the platform for body sculpting, jump rope, sliding and aerobics.

This workout pumps up the heart and lungs and tones the backside.  This cross-training exercise is excellent for people who enjoy running, cycling and walking as it develops balance and flexibility.

Additional Class Information

  • For beginners, always start with the lowest step without any risers.
  • Persistence and patience is key to learning the movements

  • Reservations must be made with Club Services and acceptance into the class will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please be ready 10 mins before classes start to ensure they run on time.
