He competed in Crossfit, tennis, rugby, swimming and other competitions. Adam masters personal and group training classes. As a current Australian Strength & Condition Association Coach, he is also qualified in performance boxing, advanced kettle bell, TRX Level 2 and Olympic Lifting Level 2. His specialities include weight loss, fitness for beginners, Crossfit, and Olympic lifting.
